Thank you for your interest in presenting a program in the Gail Borden Public Library District. Please review the following information and then use this form to submit a program proposal.

Planning and publicity for library programs are done 3-4 months prior to each program cycle. Programs must be open and free to the public.

Due to the high volume of proposals that we receive, Library staff will respond only to the program proposals that most closely meet our guidelines, needs, schedule, and budget. Submissions will be kept on file for future consideration.
